Merinta was an Austin, Texas based “dot bomb” in the late nineties, early 2000s. I worked there, and was not surprised by some major events:

1.  The splash on f*ckedCompany.com, AND
2.  The company folded after the customers, cash and credibility disappeared

Anyway, I picked up the domain as a kind of corporate tchotchke
